Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Manager to lead the development and management of Atom Power’s sales channels across Pakistan. The role will focus on building strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, and installers to maximize market penetration of our locally assembled Energy Storage Solution (LFP batteries & EV batteries), hybrid inverters, and other solar components. The Channel Manager will drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and strengthen Atom Power’s brand presence across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development & Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard distributors, dealers, and channel partners across Pakistan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Develop regional channel strategies to maximize coverage and market share.
  • Sales Growth & Target Achievement
  • Drive channel sales performance by setting and monitoring KPIs for each partner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align channel targets with overall company objectives.
  • Generate regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports for management.
  • Training & Support
  • Train and support channel partners on Atom Power’s product portfolio, installation, and after-sales services.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and seminars to improve partner capability and product knowledge.
  • Market Development
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and channel performance to identify opportunities.
  • Develop promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and marketing support for partners.
  • Expand Atom Power’s presence in emerging markets (Tier-2/Tier-3 cities).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with technical, operations, and customer support teams to resolve partner issues.
  • Ensure smooth execution of installations and after-sales support for channel-driven projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales management (preferably in solar/energy/power solutions).
  • Strong network of distributors, dealers, and installers in Pakistan’s solar sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Pakistan.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
