Chat Support Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via Social Media / Email in a timely and accurate manner

· Provide personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

· Escalate issues to supervisor when necessary

· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

· Provide feedback to improve customer experience and chat processes

Requirements:

· Graduation and Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or in a similar customer service role is a plus

· Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
