Chemical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production or service targets are met.
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and shift rosters.
• Supervise and support shift staff (workers, operators, service staff).
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide guidance or resolve minor issues among team members.
• Maintain quality standards in processes or services.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform inspections or audits as required.
• Report shift activities, issues, and performance to higher management.
• Conduct shift handovers with proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience from a manufacturing industry.
