Position Overview
The
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
will have full
P&L ownership
and lead the next phase of growth. This includes scaling operations, expanding global markets, driving operational and technological excellence, and institutionalizing a performance-driven culture.
The role is ideal for a

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Define and execute business strategy to deliver growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

Translate strategic objectives into clear annual operating plans and performance metrics.

Partner with promoters and the board to drive organizational transformation.
Business & P&L Management

Lead enterprise-wide P&L; deliver revenue, margin, and cash flow targets.

Drive growth across domestic and export markets, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas and emerging verticals (Defence, Railways, Infrastructure).

Build predictable order book and margin discipline; secure long-cycle, high-value contracts.
Operations & Manufacturing Excellence

Oversee plant operations, quality systems, and production efficiency.

Improve throughput, yield, and first-time-right quality; implement productivity and cost optimization measures.

Lead capital expansion projects (capex) with strong ROI/IRR discipline.

Modernize manufacturing through digital tools, ERP implementation, and analytics-based governance.
Commercial & Supply Chain Management

Strengthen supply chain resilience through vendor development and strategic sourcing.

Drive working capital efficiency and improve cash conversion cycles.

Implement data-driven decision-making across pricing, procurement, and inventory.
People & Culture

Build and lead a high-performing, accountable leadership team.

Establish a performance culture through clear KRAs, KPIs, and regular reviews.

Foster collaboration, integrity, and safety as non-negotiable principles.
Governance & External Representation

Maintain high standards of governance, transparency, and compliance.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Capability

18+ years of leadership experience in
B2B manufacturing/industrial engineering
.

Proven record of
P&L ownership
and delivering significant business growth.

Strong exposure to
domestic and international markets
, with success in securing multi-year contracts.

Deep understanding of
plant operations, quality systems, supply chain, and capex deployment
.

Financial acumen in pricing, mix management, working capital, and project ROI.

Experience in
promoter-led or mid-sized organizations
preferred.

Engineering background required; MBA/PGDM desirable.
