Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, Companies Act 2017, and local laws and regulations
• Lead overall financial strategy, cash flow, and capital management.
• Prepare monthly financial & management reports and analysis, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
• Conduct internal audits, risk management, and ensure legal & statutory compliance and reporting requirements
• Manage international transactions, FX risk
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulators.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, driving accountability and efficiency.

Job Specification

• Education: MBA (Finance), ACCA, ACA or ACMA
• Experience: 12 to15 years (Preferably in a Software / IT Services Company).
• Competencies: Accounting and financial Reporting / Management, Corporate Laws & Regulations, Taxation & Legal Compliance, EPR System, Financial Dashboards, International Finance, AML/FATF, Trade Compliance, Leadership, Strategic Planning & Decision Making.
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan
