Sree Dhanya Homes is a trusted and growing name in the construction sector, recognized for quality execution, financial discipline, and long-term customer trust. We are looking for a capable Finance Head / CFO to lead the company’s financial operations and support project-driven growth.

Role Overview:
This leadership role is responsible for end-to-end financial control, project costing, statutory compliance, and cash flow management across construction projects. The position requires strong commercial judgment, system-driven execution, and proactive financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts, books, and monthly MIS reporting
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
• Cash flow forecasting and fund management
• Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate audits, banking, and financial documentation
• Approve contractor bills and cost controls
• Lead finance and compliance teams
• Strengthen financial systems and processes

Eligibility:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• CA / Equivalent professional qualification
