We are seeking a
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
to lead our global HR strategy. This is a pivotal executive role responsible for
organizational transformation, talent strategy, and culture development
— supporting INOI’s journey toward rapid growth and IPO.

Dubai HQ (global responsibility: Africa, Asia, LATAM)
Reports to:
CEO / Chairman
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute INOI’s global HR strategy across all entities and regions.

Build scalable HR policies, compliance frameworks, and governance structures.

Lead international recruitment with a focus on senior leadership, technical talent, and country CEOs.

Champion INOI’s culture:

Establish clear behavioral standards for every level, department, and country.

Implement KPI-driven performance and compensation systems (70/30 structure).

Drive internal culture (discipline, collaboration, accountability) and external culture (
excellent customer service
).

Organize continuous training and certification programs, including monthly exams and annual recertification across local markets.

Support IPO readiness with executive compensation, stock option plans, and HR compliance.

Key Requirements
-
12+ years of senior HR leadership in
technology, telecom, fintech, or manufacturing/distribution
.

Experience managing
multinational teams
(Africa/Asia highly preferred).

Deep expertise in
organizational transformation, IPO preparation, and KPI-based systems
.

Strong background in
compensation design, equity programs, and performance-driven cultures
.

Fluent in English; Arabic/Russian/Indonesian/Swahili/Spanish is an advantage.

Proven ability to operate in a
fast-paced, founder-led, high-growth environment
