Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations across multiple dessert outlets and production units
• Develop and implement scalable operational systems and SOPs
• Oversee daily business performance including service quality, efficiency, and profitability
• Manage supply chain, vendor relationships, and cost optimization strategies
• Drive expansion planning for new store openings and regional growth
• Build and lead high-performing operations, store, and support teams
• Ensure strong financial performance through P&L ownership and cost control
• Improve customer experience standards and brand consistency across locations
• Identify operational risks and implement improvement strategies

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior operations leadership experience (F&B, hospitality, QSR, or retail preferred)
• Proven track record in scaling multi-location businesses
• Strong understanding of P&L management and operational finance
• Experience building SOPs and operational frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO2,800.000 - RO5,500.000 per month

Work Location: In person
