Job Description:
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting both the chiropractic team and our patients. You will be responsible for assisting with patient intake, providing excellent customer service, and helping to maintain the smooth flow of daily operations in the clinic. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist patients with intake paperwork and ensure accurate patient records.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and processing insurance verification.
• Support Chiropractors with patient care, including preparing treatment areas and assisting during therapies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Provide "WOW" service to patients by exceeding their expectations in every interaction.
• Manage patient flow and ensure appointments run on schedule, meeting deadlines and efficiency standards.

Qualifications:

• Energetic, personable, and customer-focused with the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in a chiropractic office or as a chiropractic patient is preferred.
• Comfortable using office software and managing basic administrative tasks.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) preferred
