- Design and Planning:

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional License: In many jurisdictions, licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required to oversee projects and sign off on designs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D), knowledge of design standards and codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE), and understanding of construction processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Project Management: Experience in project management principles and practices to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
