Civil Engineer

The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee, design, and manage all civil engineering projects related to the dairy organization’s infrastructure, including construction of dairy plants, office buildings, housing facilities, and other operational structures. The role requires expertise in high-rise and large-scale construction projects, land development, and compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

• Lead civil construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Help in Preparing detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor in developing structural designs for buildings, warehouses, and other dairy facilities.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys.
• Coordinate with architects and other engineers for integrated project design.
• Oversee construction of high-rise structures and mega projects.
• Implement modern construction techniques and ensure structural stability and safety.
• Ensure all projects comply with Pakistan’s building codes.
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce quality standards across all construction sites
• Supervise on-site engineers, contractors, and labour teams.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and government authorities for project approvals and resources.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and cost analysis.
• Report project updates to senior management and recommend improvements.
• Any other responsibilities provided by the company
