Civil Engineer – Concrete Restoration

The Role
This opportunity is with a reputable construction company specializing in high-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities: -Lead and supervise concrete restoration and strengthening works -Oversee key activities such as column jacketing, slab thickening, CFRP installation, micro-concrete casting, crack injection, and other structural repairs -Track project progress against the baseline schedule and make adjustments as needed -Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders -Ensure full compliance with QA/QC standards and oversee method statement implementation -Plan resources efficiently and manage site logistics -Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and technical documentation

Requirements
Requirements: -Concrete Restoration / Structural Rehabilitation Certification (Mandatory) -3–5 years of UAE experience in concrete repair and strengthening projects -Background in industrial, commercial, or high-rise rehabilitation works -Strong knowledge of concrete repair materials (epoxy, micro-concrete, grouting systems, CFRP, etc.) -Primavera P6 experience is preferred -Excellent technical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities -Valid UAE Driving License and own car (Mandatory)
