Job Brief:

Are you a qualified Civil Engineer with UAE Municipality G+12 or Unlimited Certification and proven experience in high-rise building projects?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to support and manage construction activities for multi-storey developments in Dubai. The role involves close coordination with site teams, subcontractors, and planning functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Monitoring

• Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
• Track site activities and report delays, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 (preferred).

Site Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Support site engineers and project managers in meeting construction milestones.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Subcontractor Management

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist in resolving site-related issues and conflicts.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Support management reporting using dashboards and analytical tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Maintain accurate records for approvals, inspections, and site activities.

Resource Planning

• Assist in manpower, material, and equipment planning.
• Coordinate resource allocation to avoid delays or site inefficiencies.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+12 or Unlimited Municipality Certification (Mandatory).

Experience

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects (G+12 and above preferred).

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of construction planning and progress monitoring.
• Primavera P6 knowledge (preferred).
• Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good planning, analytical, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site priorities.

License

• Valid UAE Driving License with own car (Mandatory).
