Job Title: Civil Foreman – Building Construction

Experience: Minimum 4 years of UAE Building construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to manage and supervise on-site activities for building construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure project tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations across building construction works
• Coordinate tasks and ensure compliance with safety procedures and work method statements
• Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor progress and provide timely reports on site activities
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
• Manage and lead trades and subcontractor teams on-site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building construction (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage direct and subcontracted labor teams safely and efficiently
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and within a team

Working Conditions:

• On-site work with exposure to varying weather conditions
• Flexibility with shifts based on project needs and timelines
• Occasional travel between project sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
