Civil Foreman

A Civil Foreman leads on-site building construction by supervising daily operations, ensuring safety, coordinating crews and materials, interpreting plans, maintaining schedules, and performing quality checks to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and lead construction teams, assigning daily tasks and prioritizing work.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment allocation for daily targets.
• Enforce strict safety protocols, regulations (like OSHA), and permit-to-work systems.
• Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safe work methods.
• Inspect completed work for quality, adherence to plans, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met and budgets are respected.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and drawings.
• Prepare and submit daily/regular progress reports to site management.
• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and unforeseen obstacles.
• Train and mentor crew members, ensuring skill development.

Core Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of construction procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for team management and conflict resolution.
• Hands-on approach with a focus on time management and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 3 years in UAE.
• Candidate should be inside UAE.

Salary Provided

• The company is offering a salary of AED 2500 + shared accommodation + Overtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
