Civil Foreman

Job Title: Site Foreman
Industry: Construction / Contracting
Work Location: (Dubai-Ajman)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution in accordance with approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Read, understand, and interpret construction drawings (architectural and structural) and apply them accurately on site.
• Assign and manage tasks for workers and technicians while ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with engineers and project management to meet project schedules.
• Ensure full compliance with safety and occupational health regulations on site.
• Monitor materials and equipment usage and report any discrepancies with drawings.
• Prepare daily progress reports and highlight any technical or site-related issues.
• Resolve site problems related to drawings or execution conditions and take corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Foreman in construction companies.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Solid knowledge of construction, concrete, and finishing works.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in site environments.
