Civil Foreman (Fit Out)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee day-to-day civil and fitout activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and fitout works, including masons, carpenters, painters, and laborers.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations.
• Review drawings and coordinate execution with engineers.
• Monitor work progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare work schedules and provide progress updates.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of UAE experience in civil and fitout projects.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and CAFM systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Age below 40 years preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
