Civil Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Civil Project Manager who will be the single point of accountability for our new office site under construction. This role demands leadership, effective planning, risk and budget management, and excellent coordination with stakeholders, vendors, architects, and the internal team. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from drawings and inspections to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure the project progresses as per schedule and quality standards.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and motivate on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues with practical, timely solutions.

Vendor Coordination & Negotiation:

• Work closely with the purchase team to finalize work orders with vendors.
• Coordinate and supervise vendor activities to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear, timely communication with management, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders.
• Report progress, risks, and budget status regularly.

Risk & Budget Management:

• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor expenses to ensure the project stays within the approved budget.

Site Inspections & Documentation:

• Oversee inspections to ensure work meets drawing specifications.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and compliance paperwork.

Coordination with Architect & Interior Designer:

• Ensure that all civil and interior works are executed as per approved drawings.
• Handle any site modifications or design clarifications until final handover.

Key Requirements

✔ Proven experience in managing civil construction or office interior projects.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Good negotiation skills for vendor management.
✔ Ability to handle documentation and compliance related to site work.
✔ Practical knowledge of risk assessment and budget control.
✔ Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
