Civil Quantity Surveyor

The Role
Real estate development company in Dubai is looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in cost estimation and BOQ preparation for residential and villa projects. This is a full-time office-based position in Dubai. Remote work is not considered. Project Types - Residential buildings - Villas and townhouse projects - Apartment fit-out works - Small commercial projects Key Responsibilities - Prepare BOQ and quantity take-offs from drawings - Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting - Review contractor quotations - Prepare comparison sheets - Support tender documentation - Coordinate with project managers and consultants - Update cost reports and project budgets - Assist in value engineering and cost optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering - 3–7 years experience in UAE (or GCC) - Experience in BOQ and cost estimation - Good knowledge of construction materials and prices in UAE - Good Excel skills - Ability to read drawings (architectural & structural) - English required
