Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000 (All-inclusive) + Standard Benefits

Experience: 5 Years Total (Minimum 2 years in UAE Fit-out)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and agile Site Engineer to join our growing fit-out team. This role is for a "hands-on" professional who enjoys being on-site more than behind a desk. You will be responsible for taking projects from the shell-and-core stage to a polished, high-end finish, ensuring that our subcontractors deliver on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership: Directly manage site teams and subcontractors for gypsum, painting, tiling, and joinery works.
• Technical Accuracy: Review shop drawings and ensure all site markings and levels are 100% accurate before installation.
• Material Coordination: Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and ensure materials arrive on-site just in time to avoid delays.
• Progress Tracking: Update the Project Manager daily on work completed versus the planned schedule.
• Snagging: Take personal ownership of the "Zero-Snag" policy—inspecting every corner before the client sees it.
• Safety: Ensure all site activities comply with basic HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of total experience in Civil/Fit-out engineering. At least 2 years must be in the UAE.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Skills: Strong command of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Personality: Must be a "problem solver" who can handle the fast-paced pressure of Dubai fit-out deadlines.
• Availability: Candidates on visit visa or canceled visa who can start immediately will be prioritized.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required; Hindi/Urdu is a significant advantage for managing site labor.
