Job Title: Client Accountant Manager
Location: Pakistan – Office Based – Rawalpindi

Responsibilities:
This is a full-time office based role for an Client Accountant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in their everyday bookkeeping needs, processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and managing other accounting activities in a timely and accurate manner. The Manager will work directly with the clients to address any queries and provide ad hoc support as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working alongside a senior client accountant to manage a portfolio of small- to medium-sized businesses and contractors.
- Reviewing Stat accounts, VAT, Tax, and management accounts prepared by the accounts department for clients.
- Providing advice and coaching, sharing technical knowledge with the Client Accountants and junior staff.
- Following up with clients to obtain required information.
- Ensuring clients are chased on software updates.
- Coordinating with the Accounts Production (AP) team to manage workload.
- Addressing client queries promptly and efficiently.
- Assisting with basic accountancy and tax inquiries.
- Managing tasks within the Accountancy Manager platform.
- Overseeing the submission of personal tax returns, VAT returns, payroll, and company accounts.
- Reviewing ETB, simple personal tax returns, and company accounts.
- Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Client Accountant.
- Taking ownership of the work assigned as manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of UK practice experience.
- ACCA/AAT - Qualified
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, & Free Agent.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and tax.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients would be advantageous.

Salary Range: (TBC)
PKR 200,000 – PKR 300,000 per month (depending on experience).
