The Client Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in driving Easy Outsourcing’s growth by identifying and securing new clients for our remote BPO solutions.
This position requires expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and market research.
The role is remote-based, anywhere in the world, and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic, agile team that supports global businesses in optimising their operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies that consistently deliver business growth in a consulting or outsourcing environment.
- Extensive understanding of customer relationship management best practices, including utilising CRM platforms for tracking and nurturing leads.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, employing both digital and offline channels to build a qualified prospect pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research to uncover new business opportunities and inform outreach strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of successfully closing deals and managing contract discussions with diverse clients.
- Exceptional networking skills, ensuring the ability to foster relationships with business stakeholders, partners, and prospective clients.
- Advanced experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage sales activities, client data, and performance metrics.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills to effectively pitch services and solutions to a wide range of audiences and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Must have demonstrated resilience and adaptability in rapidly changing market landscapes, especially within the outsourcing sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities by leveraging networking, targeted outreach, and digital marketing channels.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and company acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and exceptional service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, uncover client needs, and generate actionable insights for business development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client objectives, highlighting Easy Outsourcing’s value proposition.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities within Salesforce or the designated CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, report on results, and proactively identify areas for process or strategy improvement.
