Position:

We are currently on the lookout for an Enthusiastic and Operationally Strong Individual for the role of experienced Client Acquisition Specialist at our office based in Lahore. The incumbent should have the below-mentioned skillset, expertise and experience in the field.

Education/Qualification:
Graduation in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT or any relevant field

Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience preferably in the US Market

Timings:
Willing and flexible to work in the evening or night shifts

Responsibilities, Duties and Skills required:

  • Engage with qualified leads and utilize exceptional closing techniques to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed. Act as the main point of contact throughout the final stages of the sales process.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business objectives and propose tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships, providing ongoing support and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Regularly follow up with potential clients to move deals forward and ensure high closure rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Take ownership of the sales pipeline to ensure timely and effective follow-up and conversion.
  • Accurately track sales activities, report on pipeline progress, and provide feedback to management on opportunities and challenges.
  • Use strong negotiation skills to handle client objections and close high-value deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems to manage the sales process and monitor progress.
  • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients after the sale is closed.
