Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Acquisition & Success Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end sales funnel. This role requires someone who can identify potential clients, convert leads, and manage long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients through effective communication and negotiation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships and accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling and growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track client engagement, performance, and overall lifecycle management.
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, business development or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales sales funnel, client lifecycle and marketing principles, as well as customer service practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end client management
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and client-first mindset.
- Fluent English communication with a clear British accent (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience dealing with international clients is highly preferred.

Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client acquisition, client success or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in successfully managing and expanding client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms for tracking client engagement and success metrics.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience with project management software like Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Technical certifications in CRM or sales methodologies (e.g., Salesforce Certified, Sandler Training) are a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and presentations.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
