Fincera Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic, active, and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing Energy Division. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sector.
• Approach residential, commercial, and industrial clients to promote solar power solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication.
• Candidates from reputed universities (LUMS, LSE, etc.) will be preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or renewable energy solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be active, smart, and sharp in work execution.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
