Where You'll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You'll Do
The Client Relations Manager leads comprehensive efforts to retain and engage Pediatric Learning Solution (PLS) participants through strategic relationship building, operational excellence, and collaborative communication. This role serves as a liaison for participating hospitals and is responsible for fostering deep connections, managing participant data, and supporting engagement initiatives that drive satisfaction, knowledge exchange, and shared improvement across PLS participating hospitals.
Serves as the primary point of contact for learning leaders and educators at participating hospitals and health systems, developing and maintaining trust-based relationships, addressing client needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitors account performance, participation, service usage, and overall engagement trends, leveraging participant data to synthesize client insights and support strategic decisions.
Collaboratively develops and executes account plans and strategies to meet client and PLS objectives, such as upselling opportunities and expanding business within existing accounts.
Facilitates participant onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Conducts regular check-ins and engagement calls to assess satisfaction, communicate value, and identify new opportunities.
Manages special and/or tailored engagement initiatives, projects, and materials that promote the value of PLS, support strategic objectives, and encourage communication.
Uses aggregated data to flag at-risk clients requiring additional attention and flag high performing clients for case studies and best practice sharing.
Works with PLS clinical educators to identify and plan annual education on a variety of topics to encourage best practice sharing, highlight industry trends and enable communication and collaboration among participants.
What You'll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.
Bachelor's degree in communications, healthcare, business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in account management, client engagement, or customer service, preferably in a healthcare or association environment.
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), and online community platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building.
Proven track record in sales or customer service.

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $80,000 Max: $160,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
