Client Service Executive – Lead Follow-Up & Renewals

About Us:

Covermatch.com is a UAE-registered digital insurance platform helping customers compare and buy car, health, life, travel, and other insurance policies online.

Our Dubai office is growing, and we are looking for a Client Service Executive to handle follow-up calls and policy renewals for our customers across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Follow-Up: Call customers who enquire on Covermatch.com, share quotes, answer questions, and assist with completing purchases.
  • Renewal Calls: Contact existing customers before policy expiry, remind them, and help them renew their policies.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • CRM Updates: Record all calls, follow-ups, and renewal statuses accurately in the CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales and processing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Female candidates under spouse sponsorship (or dependent visa).
  • Strong verbal communication in English .
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or renewals preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and basic computer tools.
  • Goal-oriented and proactive, with a customer-first approach.
