Client Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)

Job Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Working Days: 5 Days
Required Experience: Fresh to 1 Year
Office Location: MT Khan Road, Boat Basin Clifton, Karachi.

Job Description:
· Assist, guide and support clients for credit facility at network hospitals.
· Claim adjudication prior to submission to insurer.
· Maintain fluctuation of employees and their dependents.
· Review and preparation for gap analysis of policy aimed at new prospective clients.
· Conduct benchmarking reports for clients.
· Reconciliation of data on monthly and annual basis with coordination of client.
· Review and reconciliation of claim details on semi-annual basis.
· Capable of doing research related to health sector.

Job Requirement:
· Must have excellent communication skills
· Must have Bachelor Degree Completed
· Corporate sector experience (preferably in insurance industry)
· Client Centric Mindset (preferably adept with latest health techs)
· Good Presentation and Interpersonal Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Excellent Time Management Skills
