Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager who will act as the primary link between our healthcare clients and internal teams. This position plays a crucial role in handling client relationships, understanding their business objectives, coordinating campaign delivery, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, and client-focused, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and a strong grasp of the healthcare industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated healthcare clients.
- Foster long-term, trusted partnerships with client stakeholders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ services, goals, and growth challenges to recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Conduct regular update/review meetings, share performance dashboards, and highlight new business opportunities.
Project & Campaign Management
- Coordinate with strategy, design, content, performance, and technology teams for smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
- Create and manage project plans, briefs, trackers, and status reports.
- Ensure marketing deliverables comply with client brand standards, industry rules, and healthcare advertising regulations (e.g., MCI, pharma ethics).
Strategic Support
- Work alongside strategy leads to convert client objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps.
- Support market research, audience profiling, and competitor benchmarking when required.
- Contribute to client presentations, proposals, and quarterly/annual business reviews.
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with creative, operations, and media teams to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.
- Track ongoing campaign results and coordinate with the media buying/performance team for optimisation.
- Quickly escalate issues, resolve client concerns, and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing/account management, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Good knowledge of healthcare marketing practices, compliance standards, and industry challenges.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management software (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), and analytics tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and paid media campaigns.
- Prior experience working with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or pharmaceutical clients is a strong plus.
- Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and turn them into actionable recommendations.
