Job Overview:
The Client Solutions Executive for Dial Zero will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening partnerships with clients. The position demands a strategic thinker who can understand client objectives, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and strong relationship management to help clients achieve measurable results through digital media.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize focus clients each quarter/annually in collaboration with leadership.
  • Build client-specific strategies, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and growth roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption of new products, tools, and solutions across client accounts.
  • Deliver trainings and enablement sessions to upskill clients.
  • Partner with clients to build trust in Meta as a driver of growth.
  • Serve as vertical/segment expert, identifying trends and opportunities across industries.
  • Track and report on client performance, providing proactive recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
  • At 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (digital media, consulting, or advertising)
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
