Clinic Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

● Overall growth and development of Clinic.

● Training the consultants about clinical procedures and making them understand how Skin clinic works.

● Amalgation of Skincare Salon and spa with Skin clinical treatments as to Make the complete solution for client beauty and grooming.

● Controlling the cost and taking care of P&L.

● Building the Clinic by via different branding and marketing channels.

● Creating awareness among existing salon and spa clients through different channel of education.

● Creating awareness outside the universe about our Dermatologist and Clinic.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

● Graduate or Masters in any discipline ,but not a mandate

Preferred Skills

● Experience working as Operations Manager/Store Manager

● Good knowledge in MS- Excel, Word, Outlook

● Analytical Skills

● Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Experience

● 2-5 years of experience as Clinic Manager
