Position Overview:

The Clinical Dietitian & Sales Specialist is responsible for providing professional nutritional counselling and support to clients while actively contributing to business growth through client acquisition, retention, and promotion of the company’s meal plan programs and services. This role requires both clinical expertise and a strong commercial mindset to drive customer satisfaction and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized nutrition assessments and develop tailored diet plans based on client goals, medical conditions, and preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, providing ongoing support and adjustments to meal plans.
  • Ensure all consultations comply with ethical and clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, menu development, and operations teams to ensure meal plans meet nutritional and quality standards.
  • Educate clients and staff on nutrition principles, product offerings, and healthy lifestyle practices.

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote the company’s nutrition programs, services, and packages to new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Support marketing initiatives, wellness events, and corporate collaborations to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, or related field.
  • DOH licensed
  • Arabic speaker is a MUST
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in clinical nutrition, preferably with exposure to sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
