Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic manager will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, doctor Tyups, and patient care-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Patient Management & Registration at the Clinic.
• Patient Follow-up & Record Updation.
• Patient Feedback / Reviews Management.
• Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.
• Experience in care coordination and patient care.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
