Role Overview:

The Closer is responsible for finalizing sales deals by engaging directly with verified customers, addressing objections, and ensuring smooth contract closure. This role demands excellent negotiation skills, confidence in communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with verified leads/customers to finalize sales agreements.
  • Present products/services effectively, highlighting value propositions.
  • Handle customer objections with professionalism and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure all required documentation and contracts are completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with the verification team to ensure leads are pre-qualified.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and closing ratios.
  • Maintain accurate records of closed deals and provide regular performance reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales/closing experience (preferably in BPO, telecom, or financial services).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
