Location: DHA Phase 3, Y Block, Lahor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller with 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound calling. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and the confidence to engage potential clients over the phone.

The primary responsibility will be generating leads, setting appointments, and building interest in our products/services through cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Introduce company products/services professionally and clearly.
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Handle objections confidently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM.
• Follow up with prospects as required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Build and maintain a positive brand image during all interactions.

Requirements:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales.
• Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Australia markets is a plus).
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
