On-site Position – Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi

MZ Enterprises is hiring a confident and fluent English-speaking Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for our digital marketing agency.

You will be contacting businesses in the United States, booking meetings for our sales team, and helping bring in new clients.

Working Hours

Since this role follows US business timings, the shift will be:

• Pakistan Time: Approximately 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Timing may slightly change depending on US daylight savings and target states.

Compensation

• Base Salary: Rs. 65,000
• Per Lead → Meeting Bonus: Rs. 4,000
• Client Conversion Bonus: Rs. 20,000
• This means you earn:
• A bonus when you successfully book a qualified meeting
• Another bonus when the company converts that client

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in speaking with US-based businesses
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Professional attitude and consistency
