Job Overview

We are hiring a Cold Outreach & Onboarding Executive responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, introducing them to our company, and onboarding them into our network.

This role is focused on communication, relationship building, and maintaining long-term engagement with onboarded individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms
• Introduce company services and opportunities to potential candidates
• Onboard new individuals into the company network
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Follow up regularly to keep engagement active
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding
• Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, sales, or outreach (BPO preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Confidence in dealing with new people
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Target-driven mindset
• Good English communication
