Job Description

Position: Collections Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Experience: 4-5 years of UAE Experience working in Similar role within Manpower Supply/ Constructions/ Large Scale Industries.

License/ Certification: Required Valid UAE Driving License

About the Role

We are a leading manpower supply company in the UAE, and collections form a vital part of our business operations. To strengthen our finance and receivables team, we are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking female Collections Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong client relationships. This role requires a professional who can handle sensitive financial discussions with confidence, tact, and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Follow-Up & Recovery

  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely settlement of invoices.
  • Contact customers via Official office visits, calls, emails etc.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and solution-oriented.

Negotiation & Dispute Resolution

  • Engage with clients to resolve disputes and negotiate practical payment arrangements.
  • Ensure all discussions are documented and reported to management.

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to reconcile accounts receivable records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of invoices, payment terms, and approvals.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client payment trends and risks.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including aging analysis of outstanding accounts.
  • Highlight potential default cases and recommend next steps.

Compliance & Professionalism

  • Ensure all collection practices adhere to company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Handle client interactions with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or debt recovery (preferably in manpower supply, contracting, or services industry).
  • Preferring female candidates due to requirements of the role.
  • Should be having valid UAE DRIVING LICENSE

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
  • Strong reporting and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior UAE experience in manpower supply, contracting, or service sector collections.
  • Knowledge of UAE invoicing, VAT, and payment practices.
  • Experience in handling large volume client portfolios.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
