Collection Officer

ob Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Debt Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding payments, resolving billing issues, and negotiating payment plans when necessary. This role plays a key part in maintaining the company’s financial health and ensuring timely cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors via phone, email, or mail to recover outstanding balances.
• Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection efforts in the system.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies or customer disputes.
• Follow up on payment arrangements and ensure timely settlements.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding debt collection (e.g., FDCPA).
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, customer service, legal) to resolve account issues.
• Recommend accounts for further action, such as legal proceedings, when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
