About the role:
The Customer Portfolio Analyst is responsible for analyzing delinquent accounts, developing effective collection strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Interact with Customers to procure market information & provide feedback to business.

Ensure that customers conform to the repayment plan & the bank norms in complete.

Always comply with the Staff Code of Conduct to ensure a positive image of the Bank is presented to all customers both internal and external.

Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes to improve process and service levels.

Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues and escalate them as appropriate.

Identify and act on ways to improve own knowledge and skills and consequently improve the knowledge and skills level of the department.

Provide support to other team members as required to assist in the smooth operation of the department.

Maintain awareness of the department’s Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.

Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the department.
What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor's degree with any specialization
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in using collections software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
