Commercial Cleaning Supervisor with Valid Driving License

Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperational Supervision

• Organize, manage, and oversee post-construction cleaning tasks at various project sites.
• Lead cleaning teams to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, safety, and adherence to client expectations.
• Allocate workforce, tools, and cleaning supplies according to project requirements.
• Prepare and implement site-specific safety procedures, risk assessments, and work methods.

Logistics & Driving

• Operate company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and cleaning materials to different work sites.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of cleaning machines and chemicals.
• Keep company vehicles well-maintained through regular checks, cleaning, and timely reporting of any mechanical issues.
• Comply with road safety laws and company driving policies at all times.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate daily logs of site progress, workforce schedules, and material usage.
• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve operational concerns.
• Ensure all team members follow safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
• Provide recommendations to management to enhance productivity and service quality.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• High school/Diploma certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid UAE light-vehicle driving license with a clean driving history.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or driving role, preferably in cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of local roads and traffic guidelines.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of vehicle inspection and upkeep.
