Job Summary:
Commercial Executives
will work in collaboration with channel partners to deliver on-ground execution of various trade initiatives across Modern Trade & General Trade channels for FMCG business. This role will focus on increasing distribution reach, enhancing availability, and managing field sales activities within designated territories.
Job Responsibilities

Manage Field Sales Activities: Oversee and drive field sales activities, including merchandising support, promotion activations, and new store launches.

Increase Distribution Reach: Expand distribution coverage by identifying gaps in current channels and implementing strategies to fill those gaps.

Enhance Availability: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain high availability standards.

Collaborate with Channel Partners: Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to execute trade programs effectively.

Analyze Market Trends: Keep abreast of market trends and consumer insights to develop targeted commercial strategies.

Achieve Business Objectives: Drive sales growth and achieve volume targets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and distribution management within the FMCG industry.

Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade practices.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.

Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
