We Are Hiring – Commercial Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, contracts, and procurement.
• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide commercial advice and support project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
