We’re looking for a dynamic and personable Community Associate to be the face of The Cubicle and the heart of our community. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, creating an exceptional office experience, and fostering a vibrant and engaged coworking community. If you’re organized, proactive, and love working with people, we’d love to hear from you!
Required background
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, QSR) is highly encouraged.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and fostering a sense of community.
- Organize and facilitate member engagement events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Serve as the go-to person for member inquiries, feedback, and support.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the workspace runs seamlessly, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage office equipment and facilities, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement and maintain operational processes.
- Office Experience Improvement
- Continuously improve the workspace experience by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and visitors alike.
- Proactively resolve any member concerns related to the workspace environment.
- Reception Duties
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms and other facilities.
5. Hiring and Staff Supervision
- Recruit, train, and manage junior staff, such as janitors and office boys, to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Oversee and coordinate staff schedules and responsibilities to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure optimal staff performance.
- General Support
- Take on additional reasonable tasks as required to support the smooth running of the workspace.
- Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Support onboarding of new members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
