Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow communities across Telegram, Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
• Engage daily with users, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active brand presence.
• Moderate discussions and ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to communicate updates, campaigns, and announcements.
• Organize AMAs, community events, contests, and promotions.
• Monitor community sentiment and provide regular feedback reports.
• Identify influencers, ambassadors, and partnership opportunities.
• Track engagement metrics and continuously optimize community growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Community Manager in crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, exchanges, and DeFi ecosystem.
• Experience managing Telegram and Discord communities (mandatory).
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high-volume communities and manage sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
