Social Media Manager

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Manage daily social media activity including posts, stories, reels, and live sessions
  • Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive
  • Grow brand awareness, followers, and engagement rates

Content & Creative

  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign themes
  • Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, or creators to produce high-quality visuals
  • Ensure brand tone, style, and messaging remain consistent
  • Generate ideas for viral, interactive, and community-driven content

Community Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and brand partners
  • Manage online reputation and handle customer queries or feedback

Analytics & Performance

  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions
  • Use analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data

Advertising & Campaigns

  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns
  • Set budgets, target audiences, and monitor ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and creatives

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices
