Community Manager (Real Estate Developer) - Dubai based - 16-17,000 AED per month

RIG is working with one of its exclusive clients based in Dubai who are a developer.

The client has lots of finished luxury apartment towers and is looking for a community Manager to join them.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in community or property management within UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Mollak regulations and Owners Association governance.
• Proven experience managing FM contracts and operating budgets.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

I have a salary budget of 15-17,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights
