Job Description – Compliance Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Executive to ensure that the organization operates in accordance with legal regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring compliance processes, maintaining documentation, supporting internal audits, and preparing operational reports to support management decisions. The role will also involve maintaining reporting sheets, analyzing sales and marketing workflows, and identifying operational gaps through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain and update compliance records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in conducting internal audits and compliance reviews to identify potential risks or gaps.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance procedures are properly implemented.
- Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.
- Support in policy development and implementation related to compliance and risk management.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure employees are aware of company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Assist in managing regulatory filings and documentation when required.
Reporting & Data Management Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage operational Google Sheets / Excel sheets for different departments.
- Prepare and maintain Marketing Performance Reports to track campaign performance, spending, and ROI.
- Prepare and maintain Sales Reports including sales tracking, performance analysis, and revenue monitoring.
- Analyze sales and marketing workflows to identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.
- Develop additional reports and dashboards as required by management.
- Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and reporting across operational sheets.
- Generate weekly and monthly analytical reports for management review.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and timeliness of compliance documentation and reports.
- Quality and usefulness of sales and marketing performance reports.
- Identification and resolution of workflow gaps between departments.
- Data accuracy and reporting efficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Support provided to management through analytical insights and reporting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, reporting, risk management, audit, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets with good command over formulas beyond basic level (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, data analysis tools).
- Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable reports.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in compliance, reporting, risk management, audit, or a similar role.
