Computer Network Administrator

Position Summary:

The Computer Network Administrator is responsible for independently managing and maintaining the company's entire IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing network systems, configuring and maintaining servers, handling company emails, maintaining surveillance and access control systems, and providing end-user support. The role requires a reliable, self-motivated professional capable of performing all IT-related duties without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all company network systems including servers, routers, switches, and internet connections.
  • Set up and manage employee email accounts, domains, and access permissions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, access control, and biometric systems.
  • Perform regular system maintenance including software updates, backups, and antivirus checks.
  • Provide technical support for all users including hardware, software, and printer issues.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential problems, and implement solutions proactively.
  • Ensure IT documentation is up to date, including asset tracking, system configurations, and access logs.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, system upgrades, and license renewals.
  • Enforce IT policies and maintain security of all systems and data.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure independently.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, Windows OS, email systems, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, and access control solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
