CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL RECHARGE DAM

HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN is a non-profit organization registered under section 42 of Companies Act, 2017 of the Government of Pakistan. Using a holistic approach, HDF has been working in 05 programs including Social Capital Development, Education & Literacy, Primary Health Care, Economic Development, and Sustainable Environment to address the needs of the marginalized communities of Pakistan. HDF has been working in 40 districts across Pakistan.

The Human Development Foundation invites sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the construction of a small recharge Dam at Village Uchalli Kaila Nullah, Soon Valley Tehsil Nowshera, District Khushab The project involves all necessary civil work, including structural construction and other associated works, in line with the specifications outlined in the tender documents.

Scope of Work:

• Site preparation and layout
• Foundation and structural works (Central Core)
• Superstructure (main/Dam body)
• Internal and external finishes
• Commissioning and handover

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) minimum Cat-C3
• Must have valid NTN & STRN and active/filer with FBR and PRA.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in similar construction projects.
• Demonstrated financial capacity to complete the project.
• Proven track record in executing projects of similar size and complexity.
• A local vendor from Punjab province will be given preference.

Documents Required:

• Company profile with registration details
• Proof of experience in similar projects
• Financial statement for the last three years
• Detailed project proposal and work schedule with timeline
• Earnest Money Deposit (Refundable) equavlient to 5% of bid value in shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft should be attached with proposal.
